Dressage is a sport unlike anyother.....



Centered around balance, harmony, and strength, dressage spans across boarders worldwide. Much like culture, the methods of training dressages varies from region to region, however the main idea remains constant: to enhance the horse's natural movement. 

 

Here, on this page, I want to open the door of elite riding to a new audience. I will be show casing select schools of training, World Champions, and the politics with in the competative dressage world that certain countries have suppled to the sport.

 

However, I will also be shedding light on the darkside of the sport. Certain training methods boarder on animal abuse and some competitive measures are considered unethical.  

 

The images and topics I have chosen to expose may be graphic, however, the people deserve to know what goes on behind closed doors.

 

So where is the line between strengthening the horse while showcasing his talent and over enhancing to the point of cruelty?
